DIY Mason Jar Crafts
I am OBSESSED with mason jars right now! I especially love when people use them as candles holders or to hold their makeup brushes. There are just so many fun ways to use mason jars! I saw some amazing gold mason jars on Etsy recently, so I thought I’d try to make some myself (it can’t be that hard right? RIGHT?!) I LOVE watching DIY videos or reading DIY posts but I’m the first to admit that even though I find so many of the projects fun, I rarely do them. A lot of them just seem like so much work. I think that’s my favorite thing about mason jar crafts, they’re pretty simple (even for me and that’s saying something!) Here’s how I created two adorable DIY mason jars:

What you’ll need for this craft:
– Flowers (I used fake flowers from my local dollar store )
– Spray Paint (I choose gold, gold glitter and watermelon, all from Walmart)
– A Clear Mason Jar
– A Clear  Mason Jar Tumbler DIY Mason Jar CraftsDIY Mason Jar CraftsDIY Gold Mason Jar
Step 1: Lay down some newspapers outside so the spray paint doesn’t get everywhere.
Step 2: Clean your jar to remove any dirt or oils.
Step 3: Face the mason jar UPSIDE DOWN on the newspaper.
Step 4: Spray your first coat of paint onto the mason jar. Make sure to let the first coat dry before moving on to the next coat.
Step 5: Spray 3-4 coats of paint.
Step 6: Cut down the flowers to fit inside the mason jar.
Step 7: Decorate your house with your beautiful new mason jars.DIY Mason Jar Tutorial
These were so fun to make! I’ll definitely be doing more DIY projects in the future!
