Last weekend I decided to grab a few friends and have an impromptu Girls Night at P.F. Chang’s. Since none of us had ever eaten there before, it was a real treat. This summer I’ve been on a mission to try as many new restaurants as I can. It’s weird, because I pass P.F. Chang’s almost everyday and yet I’ve never gone to one. I’ve been hearing so many great things about P.F. Chang’s new summer menu so I wanted to check it out for myself! I like Asian food but I’m not a huge fan so I was a little nervous about what the menu would look like at first. Seriously, I was BLOWN away at the variety on the menu! In fact, choosing just one dish was really hard, so we decided to try a little of everything!! Here’s what we decided on:
Chiang Mai Curry Noodles with Chicken:
Sliced chicken breast wok-tossed with egg noodles, Fresno peppers, cilantro and a coconut-curry infused broth, garnished with Brussels sprouts and topped with crispy wontons
The Chiang Mai Curry Noodles were AMAZING! They were a little spicy but I liked that and the chicken and rice complimented the meal perfectly! I’ve had some good and bad experiences with curry noodles before and this one was definitely filed under the good experiences!
Cantonese Lemon Chicken:
Fresh, crispy whole chicken breast sliced and drizzled with warm lemon sauce and served with chilled broccolini salad.
This was unanimously everyone’s FAVORITE dish! The chicken was so tender and juicy but it also had a little crunch to it. I really loved the hint of lemon taste in the chicken! I honesty can’t wait to go back to P.F. Chang’s so I can get this dish again!
