Happy Wednesday everyone! Welcome to another edition of Blind Box & Bag Roundup! Today’s BB&BR is dedicated to the ever popular and adorable Marvel Figural Keyrings (available at Hot Topic.) I usually only get blind bags from Hot Topic when there’s a buy one get one 50% off sale and since there’s one going on now, I decided to pick up two Marvel Figural Keyring blind bags. It’s very interesting because I was going through my Pinterest Analytics the other day and found out that my BB&BR series brings some serious Pinterest traffic to my blog. In fact, it’s tied with my Favorite Fashion Finds series as the series that brings in the most Pinterest traffic (how awesome is it that people are just as interested in reading about toys than they are fashion!) I really love collecting blind figures and I’m so happy people like to read and pin this series so much!
I absolutely LOVED the Disney Figural Keyring series (I’m so bummed I only got three of those because now you can’t find them anywhere) so I knew I had to get the Marvel ones as soon as they went on sale! From this series (which is listed as series one, so here’s hoping for a second series soon) you can get one of nine regular keychains or one of two exclusive keychains. Since I’m such a HUGE Marvel fan, I honestly didn’t care which figures I got (they’re all so cute) since I eventually want to collect them all!
I got Spiderman and Iron Man! How awesome are they!? A few people have asked how many blind bag/box figures I own and where I display/store them. I haven’t actually counted but I’m guessing around 200 since I’ve been collecting for almost two years now. As for where I display them, a while back I shared my newly organized Funko display area on Instagram (you can check it out HERE) but I actually haven’t organized all my blind figures yet. As of now, I keep a few of them under my ‘vinyl area’ on one of my shelves:
