Happy Monday! Welcome to another edition of Blind Box & Bag Roundup! Today’s BB&BR is dedicated to the one and only Star Wars! More specifically, Disney Star Wars Vinylmation’s Series 4. I picked these up a few weeks ago from the Disney Store (they were on clearance for $5.99) and I thought what better day to open them then on May 4th (aka May the 4th Be With You!) I’m a HUGE Star Wars fan so I was super excited to find this at such a reasonable price. It’s crazy because even though I love Star Wars, these are the first Star Wars Vinylmation’s I’ve ever bought (I have a Series 1 Stormtrooper but I got it through a trade at D Street in Downtown Disney.) If you haven’t noticed, I’ve recently started collecting Vinylmation’s more seriously. In fact, I was organizing my collection last week and noticed I have well over 30! Even though they can be little pricey (that $12.95 adds up,) older series are usually on sale anywhere from $5.99-$9.99 at the Disney Store.

How adorable is this Leia Itty Bitty?! I got a TON of Itty Bitty’s for my birthday last month and the Star Wars ones are definitely some of my favorites! Of the 12 possible Vinylmation figures, my favorites (and the ones I’m hoping for) would have to be Han Solo (aka my FAVORITE Star Wars character,) the Snowtropper, R2-D2, and Princess Leia! (Fun Fact: I’m not a huge Luke Skywalker fan, I don’t know why but he’s not even in my top 10 favorite Star Wars characters!)
I got a Tauntaun, a Snowtrooper and Bespin Princess Leia. I’m so HAPPY I got a snowtropper (he’ll go perfectly with the Stromtropper I keep on my desk!) I absolutely LOVE the details and paint jobs on this figures. When I compare them to some of the cheaper blind box products, I can see why they’re a little more pricey! It’s the attention to detail that the amazing artists put into them. I really wish I had picked up a few more of these blind boxes when I had the chance (they’re sold out now) but I’m super happy with the three I got!
