I am so EXCITED for Star Wars: Episode VII and I’m so glad I managed to get IMAX tickets for opening night (they sold out within minutes!) I definitely attribute my love for the film series to my mother who feel in with the saga when she saw the original trilogy as a teen. I vividly remember seeing each of the three prequels opening day when I was a kid (my sister and I even rocked Princess Leia buns when we went to see Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.) Although the prequels can’t even begin to compare to the original trilogy, I do have high hopes for The Force Awakens (of course nothing will ever beat the original trilogy but fingers crossed this film is better than the prequels!) Not only am I a huge fan of the film series but I’m also a fan of all the amazing Stars Wars merchandise there is at there (can you blame?!)

I’ll admit it, I’ve gone a little crazy with the Star Wars merch these past few months! From buying all the Star Wars clothing Target has available (I can’t wait to rock my Star Wars ugly Christmas sweater this holiday season) to adding to my ever growing Vinylmation and Itty Bitty’s collections to welcoming BB-8 to the family, if it’s Star Wars related, I’ve GOT to get my hands on it! Shoutout to my girl (and fellow blogger) Harper for introducing me to Love and Madness, an awesome new woman owned and operated brand (hooray for #GirlPower) that mashes up pop culture and design in a way that highlights creativity and detail!
