Happy Friday (hooray for the weekend!) Welcome back to another installment of my “What I’m Looking Forward To” series! I absolutely LOVE this series and I can’t believe that this is already the fourth installment of it. (Man, does time fly!) If you haven’t already noticed, I LOVE making bucket lists, documenting happy moments and writing posts like this and since I’ve had such a positive response from you all on this series, hopefully that means you guys like reading these kinds of posts as much as I like writing them! Although winter doesn’t officially start for another two weeks, this post will essentially cover everything I’m looking forward to from the beginning of December until March (winter ends March 19, 2016!) For me, winter means traveling, holiday lights, Christmas joy, New Years resolutions, peppermint bark, hanging out with friends and everything in between! Here are a few of the things I’m looking forward to this winter:

Disneyland. I’m heading to Disneyland TOMORROW and I couldn’t be more excited! In fact, I’m actually making two Disneyland trips this winter (once in December and then again in February.) I’m so excited to ride Haunted Mansion Holiday again, check out the season of the force, finally get to ride and see It’s A Small World Holiday and of course, soak up all the magic that is Disneyland during the holidays!

Loki’s Birthday/Valentine’s Day. I’m so excited because my little Loki turns one this winter! His birthday is February 14th aka Valentine’s Day. Sadly, I won’t be there to celebrate it with him (sad face) because I’m spending Valentine’s Day at Disneyland. But don’t worry, he’ll be to busy being spoiled all day long by my family to even notice I’m gone!

Christmas. Next to my birthday, Christmas is probably my favorite day of the year!

Disney World. I’m so excited because I’m spending Christmas (and New Years) at Disney World again this year! I’ve said this a few times on the blog before but NOTHING beats Disney during the holidays.  Here are a few other things that I’m looking forward to this winter:

• All the AWESOME movies coming out this winter (like Zoolander 2, Deapool and Zootopia!)
• Going ice skating (it’s one of my FAVORITE winter activities!)
• The return of some of my favorite shows (like Chicago PD/Fire, Once Upon A Time and Blackish) who are currently on winter hiatus.
• Attending the Chicago Botanic Garden Orchid Show (it’s so BEAUTIFUL!)
• The Oscars (which I correctly predict EVERY year!)
• Seeing If/Then and Cabaret on Broadway.
