Blind Box & Bag Roundup 32. (Funko Harry Potter Mystery Minis)

Happy Thursday and welcome to another edition of Blind Box & Bag Roundup! Like most millennials (let’s face it, like most people in general), I’m a HUGE Harry Potter fan. I grew up with Harry, Ron and Hermione and for that reason, the Harry Potter series will forever have a special place in my heart. Speaking of Harry Potter, I’m super excited because in three weeks I’ll be visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter again (I had a BLAST visiting it back in 2014 during Christmas time) and if that wasn’t exciting enough, I’ll be visiting it AGAIN in September (woot woot!). While I was at Target last night, I spotted these Funko Harry Potter Mystery Minis and I KNEW I had to get them (Harry Potter blind boxes?! Say no more, just shut up and take my money!). I’d heard that Funko would be coming out with Harry Potter Mystery Minis at some point but I didn’t know that they’d already been released (thank goodness for daily Target trips!).
How adorable is the packaging on these Funko Harry Potter Mystery Minis?! On the front of the box you have Harry, Hermione and Hedwig (and a slight glimpse of Ron and Crookshanks). On one side of the box there’s Dumbledore, Crookshanks and Fawkes.
Then, one the opposite side of Dumbledore, Crookshanks and Fawkes, there’s Ron, Scabbers, Voldemort and Nagini.
I know I’ve said this before in my Alice Through the Looking Glass Funko Mystery Mini opening and my Disney princess Mystery Mini opening but I LOVE the new Funko Mystery Mini mold! It’s so kawaii! I mean just look at those big eyes?! It’s to adorable for words. Of course I’d love to get at least one person from the main trio (Harry, Ron and Hermione) but like always, I’d be happy with whatever figure I get (as long as it’s not doubles!). Although, if you’ve been following these Blind Box & Bag Roundup posts for a while now, than you already know that I always have my fingers crossed for the rare figures (I’m looking at you Professor McGonagall!)
I got Harry, Ron, Scabbers and Nagini (how funny is it that I got two wizards and two pets?)! I definitely plan on picking a few more of these up next time I’m at Target (which, let’s face it, is everyday).
I couldn’t resist taking a few pictures of my new Harry Potter Mystery Mini figures with my Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone: The Illustrated Edition (side note: I can’t wait for the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Illustrated Edition to come out. I just preordered it!).
