Three Tasty Snacks To Make On Game Day

January 8, 2018

This post is sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc, but the content and opinions are my own.Calling all sports fans! Can you believe we’re just weeks away from the Big Game? While I’m a HUGE fan of hosting get togethers, there’s always one thing that makes me a little uneasy: planning the menu! I know a lot of people go all out with fancy recipes for their Game Day parties but since I’m more of a novice, I like to go for the more simple recipes!

Here are my three favorite simple snacks to make for game day:
Whenever I think of easy game day recipes, the first thing that comes to mind is definitely appetizers! I aways head to Walmart before hosting get-togethers since Walmart has everything I need all conveniently in one place. Add a few decorative “Go Team” toothpicks and you’re all set!. For this game day party, I picked up some Tyson® Any’tizers® Snacks, Wright® Brand Bacon, Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage and some Hillshire Farm® Turkey Breast lunchmeat.
Is it just me or does bacon make everything better?
Here’s how to make Bacon Wrapped Smoked Sausages:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
2. Cut your Wright® Brand Bacon into thirds.
3. Wrap 1/3 of each bacon slice around a Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage and secure it with a toothpick.
4. Bake sausages for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crispy!

Who doesn’t LOVE bacon?
My mini sandwiches are always a hit since guests can customize them however they’d like! Each mini sandwich contains a few slices of Hillshire Farm® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (my personal favorite) on a bun and guest are welcomed to add any additional condiments they’d like.

Add a few decorative “Go Team” toothpicks and you’re all set! It’s all in the details!
No game day party is complete without BBQ chicken am I right? I love whipping up Tyson® Any’tizers® Snacks whenever I’m hosting a get-together. Add some ranch and a few veggies and you’ve got yourself the perfect game day appetizer! (I told you these snacks were easy to prepare!).

Go team go!
