Happy Friday everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve done a “haul post,” and since I recently picked up a couple of random things at Five Below, I thought it would be fun to share them with you all today. Random side note: any fellow RuPaul’s Drag Race fans out there? Can we PLEASE talk about yesterdays #AllStars3 finale? Sigh… (don’t get me wrong I really like Trixie but my girl Shangela deserved that crown!).
Here’s what I got at Five Below:
I love randomly stopping by Five Below because they always have such cute stuff. (And everything is $5 or less so that’s a bonus). Right now the store is packed with cute Easter and spring items and I’m SO here for it. (I am a spring baby after all!).
Question: Does anyone out there genuinely like Peeps? And I don’t mean you think they’re okay. I mean is there anyone out there who honestly LOVES peeps and looks forward to this time of year because of Peeps?
So many cute squishies! Fun fact: I collect squshies (which shouldn’t be all that shocking since I am a huge lover of all things kawaii!).
Enough rambling, onto the haul:
Two things I’m obsessed with? Pillows and bath bombs! So of course I had to pick up an adorable purple, pink and blue pillow and a Cotton Candy scented Llama shaped bath bomb.
I also picked up a cute bunny ear headband (I’m going to wear this on Easter Sunday) and some adorable Bananya stickers (for my planner!).
Who doesn’t love chocolate frogs? (I got the Quirinus Quarrel wizard card).
You didn’t think I’d leave Five Below without a squishy did you? In honor of Easter I decided to pick up an adorable little bunny holding a strawberry squishy.
I’m not a huge snacker (which is crazy because I was a HUGE junk food eater when I was a kid) but I do love gummy stuff. This was my first time trying those Haribo Smurfs gummies and they were so yummy!
Also, how cute is that Sloth journal (it’s wearing a floral crown!).
The final thing I picked up while I was at Five Below was a rose gold Lightning Stand charger.
I’m just so happy that the weekend is finally here. Tomorrow (Saturday) I’m heading downtown for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and annual Chicago River dyeing (no one does St Paddy’s day quite like Chicago). Hope you all have an amazing weekend and I’ll catch you guys on the next blog post.
