Make Fetch Happen This Spring with Chuckit!

April 1, 2019

This post is sponsored by Chuckit! but the content and opinions expressed here are my own. It’s officially my birthday month (any fellow April babies out there?) and my favorite time of the year: SPRING! I don’t know about you but there’s just something about springtime that makes me happy. The amazing weather, the beautiful flowers blooming, it’s definitely one of my favorite seasons!

Speaking of spring weather, it seems like spring has finally hit Chicago. The weather has been in the high 50s and 60s consistently, which means, Loki gets extra outside play time!

Even though Loki does enjoy the wintertime (mostly because he loves jumping and playing in the snow), he’s definitely a spring dog! One of my favorite things to do with Loki when the weather is nice is to get out and enjoy the fresh air by playing fetch. Loki loves fetch (and no, that’s not a Mean Girls reference!).

Just like with us humans, when dogs receive a healthy balance of physical and mental stimulation, they become more happy and well-adjusted. (Well, I can’t speak for all humans but I’m definitely that way!). And nothing is more important to me than Loki’s happiness.

Not too long ago I discovered Chuckit! toys and Loki’s world hasn’t been the same ever since. Loki has a short attention span and used to bounce from favorite toy to favorite, but now that’s all changed. His new favorites are the Chuckit! Classic Launcher and the Chuckit! RingChaser.

I personally love the Chuckit! Classic Launcher myself because it makes fetch so simple. (And trust me, after a long stressful day at work, the simpler playtime is, the better!). You just snap the ball in and boom! instant launcher! Loki loves how far it makes the ball go. (And I love that it turns me into a minor league baseball player!).

Is that Loki or Ed the hyena from The Lion King?! (Two movie references in one post, go me!).

Look at the determination in his face as he tries to catch the ball!

The Chuckit! RingChaser is another one of Loki and I’s favorite fetch toys!

I think my favorite thing about Chuckit! toys is how sturdy they are. Loki is definitely a “chewer” and more often than not, toys won’t last very long in our house. But not with Chuckit!. I think Loki has finally meet his match! You can learn about all the great toys from Chuckit! HERE.

That’s his “Please, just one more round?” face.

A happy Loki = a happy me! Thanks Chuckit! toys, for making Fetch happen (Gretchen Wieners is finally vindicated!).
