Move over pumpkin spice, it’s peppermint time! Nothing gets me in the holiday spirit quite like peppermint flavored treats.
Happy Monday everyone. First and foremost I want to say Happy Veterans Day to all those brave women and men who have fought for our country. My mom was in the Navy so I want to say a special Happy Veterans day to her. Now onto today’s post.
You know how everyone (*cough not me though cough*) loves pumpkin spice? Well, the way everyone gets hype when pumpkin spice flavored stuff starts to hit the shelves, that’s exactly how I feel about peppermint. I love all things peppermint! Peppermint scented candles, peppermint ice cream, heck, peppermint soap!
Last weekend at Target, I got a ton of yummy peppermint flavored treats that I can’t wait to eat!

So much peppermint flavored goodness!
First, I picked up two different peppermint flavored ice cream. The first ice cream I picked up was some peppermint ice cream sandwiches. I also bought some Blue Bunny Chocolate Peppermint Crunch mini ice cream cones.
Okay, we need to talk about those Blue Bunny Chocolate Peppermint Crunch mini ice cream cones. They are AMAZING! I may or may not have already eaten half of the ice creams cones…..whoops.
Fun Fact: Pepperidge Farm Milano Slices Peppermint Cookies are my absolute favorite holiday treat. I look forward to these cookies all year long. So of course I had to pick up a few bags while I was at Target.
Ghirardelli Chocolate Peppermint Bark is definitely my second favorite holiday treat. Target had them on sale for two for $9 so I got one bag of peppermint bark squares and one bag of peppermint bark snowmen.
I haven’t tried these White Chocolate & Peppermint Pretzel Crisps before but they looked good so I threw them in my cart. Plus they’re peppermint flavored and you can’t go wrong with peppermint! I can’t wait to try them out.
The last two peppermint flavored treats that I picked up at Target were some Candy Cane flavored Hershey Kisses and a bag of LINDOR Milk Peppermint Cookie truffles.
I’m so excited that peppermint season is finally here. Let the Christmas countdown officially begin! (Even though I technically started my Christmas countdown on November 1).
*And no, this post isn’t sponsored, I just love peppermint flavored stuff that much!
