Happy Monday. You guys, it’s Christmas Eve Eve. YAY! Today I wanted to share some more bits and pieces of my recent trip to Disney World. Originally I was going to do one big post about my trip but I thought it would be better to break up the posts. (And highlight each different park in its own post).

So this post is dedicated to one of my all time favorite parks: Animal Kingdom. Fun fact: Animal Kingdom was my favorite park when I was a kid and I even got to visit it its opening year!

Each of the four parks at Disney World have their own tree that matches the overall theme of that park. So of course Animal Kingdoms tree is decked out with different animals.

I loved all the festive Christmas decor in Dinoland U.S.A. this year. But the absolute BEST thing about Dinoland U.S.A. during the holidays is…

this Double-Chocolate Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich from Dino-Bite Snacks. Y’all I can’t recommend this delicious treat enough. Peppermint for the win!

Does anyone else love seeing characters randomly out and about?
