Hey everybody! Happy Monday. How’s everyone doing? Personally, I’ve been doing pretty good. Well, expect for the fact that for the first time in years I OWE taxes but…that’s a rant for another day. (First world problems, I know). But besides the fact I’m currently disappointed with the government (what’s new), life has actually been pretty amazing! The weather here in Chicago is perfect (high 50s-60s), spring is next week, my birthday is coming soon! There’s so much to look forward to.
It’s become sort of a tradition for me to post the different seasonal decor available at Michaels here on the blog. And since spring and Easter are almost here, what better time to post a new Michales decor post? I’m so excited it’s almost spring because spring is my birthday season (where my Aries at?!) and it’s just one of my favorite seasons all together.
But onto the post, how cute is this Easter/spring decor from Michaels?
I think flowers are so beautiful but I have zero desire to put in the work to keep them alive. Also, and I might be the only person in the world who thinks this, flowers stink to me. I said what I said. So…fake flowers it is, I guess.
Gotta love a good sale! I’ve already decorated for spring/Easter but if you’re in the market for some cute decor Micheals is currently having a 30% off sale. And no this isn’t sponsored, but Micheals please sponsor me so I can get stickers and washi tape for my planner!
Personally, I’m more a “plush” Easter basket kind of gal but that carrot themed basket is cute, I can’t even lie.
I love when Nutcrackers aren’t Christmas themed. I saw a Halloween and Valentine’s Day Nutcracker once and thought “okay, that’s pretty cute.” Because who said nuts only need to be cracked during the holidays? Also, does anyone actually use a nutcracker to crack nuts? These are the questions that haunt me.
Any who, happy early spring!
