In honor of the latest Fantastic Beasts film: Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald opening in theaters this weekend, I thought today would be the perfect day to open up my Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts LEGO Minifigures! I’ll be honest with you guys, oddly enough, I have no desire to see The Crimes of Grindelwald. (And from what the critics have been saying, I might as well save my money anyway!).
I’ll forever be a HUGE Harry Potter fan (heck, HP defined my childhood), but The Crimes of Grindelwald just doesn’t look like my cup of tea. I’ll definitely watch it when it comes out on DVD, but I’m not paying those crazy movie theater prices to see it. (Sorry not sorry).
Any who, onto the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts LEGO Minifigures! Continue reading
Welcome to a special Blind Box & Bag Roundup dedicated to my favorite little rodent! I can’t believe the legend himself, Mickey Mouse, is turning 90 this month. Disney and Mickey had such a huge impact on both my childhood and adulthood. And for that, Mickey will always have a special place in my heart!
Through the years Mickey has had lots of iconic looks and I loved that they represented all of the phrases of Mickey in blind bag form! I was super excited when I saw these at Target and I’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to finally open them. (And what’s more perfect than Mickey’s birthday month!).
Speaking of Mickey, don’t forget to tune into Mickey’s 90th Spectacular, a dazzling two-hour primetime event on ABC on November 4th! Continue reading
A new Blind Box & Bag Roundup post?! Say what! I know it’s been FOREVER (like a year) since the last BB&BR post but hear me out, I just haven’t been into blind boxes/bags lately. In fact, these are the first blind boxes that I’ve bought in almost a year. Sure, I still think that they are adorable but I just haven’t been feeling them lately.
That is until I saw a bunch of blind boxes at Target that I just couldn’t pass up. Things have been a little rocky for me lately so anything to bring a little extra happiness into my life is a-okay in my book. Opening blind boxes have always put a smile on my face so I thought “why not?”.
While at Target last weekend I picked up a couple of Funko Disney Afternoon Mystery Minis, some Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts LEGO Minifigures, a few 90 Years of Magic Mickey blind bags and two squishy blind bags.
Today, I’ll be talking about the Funko Disney Afternoon Mystery Minis!
Hey everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last post (aka two weeks) but I wanted to let you guys know what I’ve been up to lately. If you follow me on Instagram, then you might have saw that I spent my pre-birthday weekend in New York. (And as you guys know, I rarely update when I’m traveling). And then I celebrated my actual birthday (April 17th) here in Chicago.
Since it’s spring, I decided to do a little spring cleaning and sort out some of my various collections. I collect all types of things like Funko’s, tsum tusms, Disney pins, various blind boxes and bags, etc. Aside from Disney pins, I haven’t really been into collecting things like I use too.
So, since I’ve had success selling some of my old/rare Funko’s in the past (I’ve literally made $1000+ JUST selling rare/retired Funko Pops, crazy right?), I decided to list a bunch of my other collectables on eBay as well. And I thought it would be fun to share some of the things I’ve listed on eBay with you guys!
Just a quick side note: Can we all agree that Pusheen (and Pusheen merch) is just too cute for words?!
Happy Friday and welcome to another edition of Blind Box & Bag Roundup! If you checked out the post about my visit to the Mitskwa Marketplace last month then you may recall that I picked up a Halloween themed Pusheen Surprise Plush Blind Box while I was there. Since Halloween is right around the corner (anyone have any cool Halloween plans?), I thought today would be the perfect time to finally unbox these adorable blind boxes!
Which adorable Pusheen keychain would YOU want?
