Consistent blogging? Look at me go. I don’t know what’s come over me but I’ve really been into blogging again! Yay. I think it’s because I took an almost year break from blogging. And also I’ve stopped putting so much pressure on myself when it comes to blogging. Blogging started off as a fun little hobby for me back when I was in college.
It then quickly become almost like a job/my career. I started earning a lot of money from blogging through ads, sponsorships collabs, etc. I also starting getting all these amazing opportunities because of my blog. (I’m actually thinking of doing a fun blog post related to some of the opportunities my blog has brought me). It was a great time but it was so stressful.
Now my blog is back to basically being a hobby again. And I love that!
Happy Monday everyone! I’m not going to lie, the past few days at work have been a little hectic. And by work I mean both my regular 9-5 job and the blog. I feel like I’ve been go, go, go for the past week and a half. I barely have anytime to relax after my 9-5 because I’m busy with the blog. However, as much as it can get exhausting at times, I want to stress that it’s SO worth it!
But, the stress can and does get to me sometimes. And you know what helps me deal with stress?! Candles of course!
Bath & Body Works is my go-to store for candles so when I found out they were having a candle sale over the weekend, I knew I had to check it out.
Happy December! (Can you believe there’s only 24 days until CHRISTMAS). I know what you’re thinking, “It’s Saturday, why are you posting?”. I know I don’t normally post on the weekends but I thought the events of today warranted a post! Today’s the day all of us Bath & Body Works candle lovers wait for: the $8.95 3-Wick Candle Day Sale!
Let me tell you, I’ve experienced Candle Day before but NEVER like this. The lines were out the door, babies were screaming and someone legit wanted to fight me over a candle BUT I scored 19 candles for $130 so it all worked out in the end!
Here’s how the Candle Day Sale went down:
