Happy Friday everyone! I saw Spider-Man: No Way Home last night and let me just say, without spoilers…WOW! Definitely recommend you check it out. You guy, Christmas is next week. NEXT WEEK?! How? When? I swear it was Halloween a few days ago. Is it just me or did 2021 go by super fast. (Way faster than 2020).

As you all know, I love all things Christmas. And what’s more Christmasy than a lights festival?! Last weekend I finally got the chance to visit AMAZE Light Festival. I have been wanting to visit AMAZE for a long so I was happy when it really came to Chicago. (Okay technically Rosemont but you get what I mean!).

December is here! Bring out the advent calendars

Disney advent calendar Primark Disney advent calendar cute advent calendarHappy December! Even though I’ve had my decorations up since November 1st, there’s no denying that the holiday season is finally, officially HERE! (I know most people start decorating after Thanksgiving but I’m what you’d call Christmas obsessed). There’s no denying its Christmastime. Aka my favorite time of the year.

I can’t even explain what this time of year does for me. I’m just so HAPPY during the holidays. The holiday lights, holiday films, decor, what’s not to love. With the beginning of December, that means the start of one of my favorite traditions:

I’m back from Disney so obviously that means it’s time for another Disney post. If you’ve been following me/this blog for a while then you already know how much I LOVE Epcot. In fact, Epcot is my absolute favorite Disney Park. (Epcot is kind of a weird park because people either love it or hate it. Me? I love it!).

One of the things I love the most about Epcot is its many festivals. There are currently four Epcot festivals; the International Festival of the Arts, the Food & Wine Festival, the Flower and Garden Festival and the Festival of the Holidays. (*Cough* the International Festival of the Arts is the best by a LONG shot *cough*).

2019 Macy's Holiday Windows on State Street in Chicago
Happy December friends. I know I missed Monday’s post but I’ve been busy, busy, busy at work!  BUT, I’m so excited because I have so much to look forward to in the next few weeks. This week at work I have back to back meetings daily and then Friday/this weekend I’m heading to DC. Next week I’m going to Disney World. And then I only have one week of work before NINE days off for Christmas. (We get Christmas Eve and Christmas off but I requested the whole week off).

December, I know you just started but I love you already!

Yesterday during my lunch break I decided to walk over to Macy’s and check out this years holiday window displays. (Throwback to last years/the 2018 Macy’s Holiday Windows on State Street in Chicago). And they were SO cute.
