Happy Monday! Since I just got back from Disney World last week, I thought today would be the perfect time to share some of the souvenirs I picked up while I was at Disney! This trip in particular was so amazing because I got to experience the Epcot International Food & Wine and attend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party for the first time ever. That’s what I love so much about Disney, even though I’m an annual passholder and visit all the time, there’s always something new to experience and enjoy (that’s why I’m so excited about all the new rides/lands coming to the parks!).
Since my Disney trips are often so close together, there’s isn’t always a ton of new merchandise from trip to trip. Because of that, I haven’t been getting as many souvenirs as I used to (mostly because I already own so much Disney merch from the parks!). Like I say in all my Disney Haul posts, a quick disclosure: since I am a Disney World annual passholder, I get a pretty good discount on merchandise (20% off!).
Here’s my fall 2017 Disney World Haul:
Happy Wednesday! Since I just got back from Disney World last week, I thought today would be the perfect time to share some of the souvenirs I picked up while I was at Disney (and Universal Orlando). Speaking of Disney souvenirs, I know I haven’t shared a Disney Haul in a while (my last Disney Haul was in March and I’ve visited the Disney Parks twice since then) but lately I haven’t been buying that much stuff and thought it would be silly to dedicate a whole post to two or three items. Like I say in all my Disney Haul posts, a quick disclosure: since I am a Disney Premier Passport holder (aka someone who has an annual pass to both Disneyland AND Disney World), I get a pretty good discount on merchandise (20% off at Disneyland and now 20%, it used to be 10% but WDW upgraded the discount, off at Disney World.) Here is my summer 2017 Disney World Haul: Continue reading
If you couldn’t tell, I’ve been uploading a lot of Disney Resturant Reviews lately (this is the third one I’ve posted this summer alone) and it’s mainly because I’ve been having serious Disney withdrawals lately. All of the amazing news that came from D23 last weekend has got me even more excited to visit the Disney Parks (even though most of the new attractions wouldn’t be done until 2021). Since I’ll be visiting Disney World again in about two and a half weeks, I thought today would be perfect timing to share another Disney related post (since you know, I’m obsessed with Disney). I’ve shared this before but whenever I visit the Disney Parks, I always make it my mission to try and eat at at least one new restaurant. Whether it be somewhere in the parks that I’ve never tried before or at somewhere in Downtown Disney (if I’m visiting Disneyland) or Disney Springs (if I’m visiting Disney World). During my last WDW trip (in June) I finally decided to give Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria a try! Continue reading
Happy Tuesday! I JUST got back from an impromptu trip to Disney World (last minute trips are always my favorite) and boy was it amazing (as always!). One of my favorite things about Disney is that no matter how many times I visit (which, trust me, is a lot! In the past two years alone I’ve visited 20+ times), there’s always something new to see and explore. This trip I was super exited to finally be able to visit Pandora – The World of Avatar, which is the newest land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Although I’m not the biggest Avatar fan (I think the film was a visual masterpiece and I’m glad I got to experience it in IMAX 3D when it first came out but story wise, it was a little forgettable in my opinion), I thought that Pandora was breathtaking and a definite must see! Trust me, you do not have to be an Avatar fan to be able to appreciate all the beauty Pandora has to offer! Speaking of things Pandora has to offer, along with getting to experience the two new rides in Pandora, I was really excited to try out some of the new Avatar-inspired food during my visit! Last month while I was at Disney World, for the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, I got to FINALLY cross off something that’s been on my Disney bucket list for the longest time: participate in the easter egg hunt Egg-stravaganza at Epcot! Although I’ve visited Disney World (and Disneyland) plenty of times during the spring in the past, my trips never coincided with when the Easter Egg Hunt Egg-stravaganza was taking place (last year I literally missed it by two weeks!). The Easter Egg Hunt Egg-stravaganza (which takes place in Epcot at Disney World, Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney) is a fun, egg-themed scavenger hunt (for both kids and adults) where participants search for special hidden Disney themed “eggs” and record their discoveries by placing the corresponding Disney character’s sticker on the specially themed Egg-stravaganza map to represent that location.
