food at 2022 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays food
You guys, I have BIG Disney news! I just booked my BIGGEST Disney trip ever. More details on that later but to say I’m excited is an understatement. But speaking of Disney, since I recently got back from Disney World I thought today would be a good day to do a little recap of this years Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. You all know how much I love a good Epcot festival!

(Also side note, while you’re here be sure to check out my recap of the 2019 Epcot International Festival of Holidays. And while we’re on the topic of Epcot festivals, here’s some throwbacks to past Epcot International Flower and Garden Festivals, Epcot International Food and Wine Festivals and the Epcot International Festival of the Arts).

Here’s how I would rate the food at the Epcot International Festival of the Arts: Continue reading

Disney World All-Star Movies Resort Tour
Two posts this month? Go me! Y’all, I started writing this post in August 2021. AUGUST. I have been meaning to finish and post this for the longest time but life has just been so busy. But on to the post…

It’s no secret that I’m a HUGE Disney fan/lover. The Disney Parks will forever be a second home to me. Before the pandemic I was a Disney World annual passholder (despite living in Chicago) who visited the parks about every 2 months or so. In fact, at one point I was a passholder at Disney World, Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. Ah the good ole days…

Although I visited the Disney Parks like 6 or 7 times a year for years, I never stayed at a Disney hotel. (Well technically I stayed at a Disney partner hotel in Disneyland Paris and I stayed at the Contemporary Resort for one night as a kid but you know what I mean).

During my July 2021 Disney trip, I got to stay at my “first” Disney hotel: All-Star Movies Resort! Continue reading

Bits and Pieces: Magic Kingdom – Disney World 50th Anniversary

April 11, 2022

Magic Kingdom Disney World 50th Anniversary Cinderella Castle
I was on Pinterest the other day (yes I still love browsing Pinterest) and I saw one of MY photos show up on my explore page. (This is only the third time that’s ever happened to me!). It was a photo of some candy from Honeydukes in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter from one of my old Bits and Pieces posts. I completely forgot that I started this series back in 2019. Honestly, I actually loved posting little bits and pieces from my trips but then 2020/covid hit…well, you know what happened with that.

I went back through some of my old Bit and Pieces posts and I thought “Aww, I need to post more of these.” Plus, I never get tired of posting more related Disney posts. And since I’ll be in Disneyland this weekend celebrating my birthday, it only makes sense to post another Disney post to the blog!

So here’s a few (like legit five?!) cute photos from Magic Kingdom:

The BEST Quick-Service Restaurant in Disney World

February 24, 2020

Satu'li Canteen the best Quick-Service Restaurant in Disney World
It’s crazy because even though I was just at Disney World last week, I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve been. Although, constantly missing Disney is just a normal thing for me. Today, I wanted to share a little trip report from my last visit to Disney World. You thought this was going to a full on restaurant review, right?

See, even bloggers can clickbait. Although technically it’s not clickbait since I will be revealing (what I believe to be) the BEST quick service restaurant at Disney World.

Any guesses? (Well, the photo does sort of give it away).

Hollywood Studios During Christmastime

December 23, 2019

Toy Story Land Hollywood Studios During ChristmastimeHappy Monday (again). As promised I’m back with another post. That’s right, two posts in ONE day. (Pats self on back). Today I wanted to share some more bits and pieces of my recent trip to Disney World. As I explained in the last post, originally I was going to do one big post about my trip. But I thought it would be better to break up the posts and highlight each different park in its own post.

This post is dedicated to the one and only Hollywood Studios. Raise your hand if you still accidentally refer to it was MGM Studios from time to time. No? Just me?

Here are a few photos from my recent trip to Hollywood Studios:
