12 Months of Happiness: December 2019

January 3, 2020

Disney World Hollywood Studios Tower of Terror during Christmas
I feel like December FLEW by. Heck, 2019 flew by. I seriously can’t believe it’s already 2020 and a new decade. At the beginning of the decade (2010) I was graduating high school. (I can’t believe it’s been nearly TEN years since I graduated high school). And now here I am 27 and living the dream. My dream.

I am exactly where I hoped I’d be and exactly where I want to be in life. A good job. (That allows me the freedom to travel often). Great friends and family. Good health. Life is good!

Also, yes I know this post is late. My bad!

Here are some of the things that made December an amazing month: (Don’t forget to comment down below how your December went and what things made you smile this month! I LOVE hearing from you guys about what makes you happy!)

Disney World Hollywood Studios during Christmas

Christmas…Made Me HAPPY. Oh Christmas, I miss you already. Only 357 more days until we meet again. I took all of my Christmas decor down at home and at work and it feels like a little piece of my heart is missing.

The Phantom of the Opera Broadway in Chicago

Seeing the Phantom of the Opera…Made Me HAPPY. Couldn’t think of a better musical to end my 2019 Broadway journey than the Phantom of the Opera. It gets better every time I see it.

Visiting my best friends in DC & Philly…Made Me HAPPY. It’s always a blast seeing them! You can check out more from my trips to Philly HERE and DC HERE!

Disney World Epcot

Disney World…Made Me HAPPY. My literal second home/happy place. See you again next month Disney World!

Here’s a few other things that made me happy in December:

  • Seeing Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
  • Getting nine days off of work for the holidays!
  • Spending those nine days catching up on TV shows/films and binge watching a ton of stuff!
  • Planning trips for 2020.
  • Everything that comes along with the holiday season.

I can’t believe it’s 2020!What made you happy in December?
