Happy Monday + happy day after Christmas. This time of the year is always bittersweet for me. On the one hand I’m sad that the Christmas season is over. But then again, I’m excited for a New Year and new adventures! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and great holiday season. And that you’re staying warm (it got to like -8 here in Chicago at one point!).
This Christmas I got a ton of adorable Disney pins to add to my Disney pins collections. I didn’t get the chance to take photos of all of the pins (because I wanted to get them up on the pin boards as soon as possible). But I did remember to take some photos of a couple of my new pins.
Here’s a few of the Disney Pins I got for Christmas: Continue reading
Happy Friday everyone! It’s officially summer…which also means it’s offically my least favorite time of the year. Yay for me. But no really, I hate summer and if you’ve been following this blog for a while you know why. For the past two weeks its been in the high 90s here in Chicago. But it’s a cool 88 today…sigh..
Anywho, onto something I do love: Disney pins! I got so many cute new pins in the past month.

Happy May and welcome to a new segment here on the blog! I miss doing my little monthly segments (RIP 12 Months of Happiness) so I thought it would be fun to create a new one. (Because why not?). I’ve been slowly growing my Disney pin collection more and more and I’ve been wanting to share more about it here on the blog. This new monthly segment is called: Monthly Pin Update or MPU for short.
In this series I’ll just be updating you on what new pins I’ve gotten that month. Sometimes it will be pins I purchased or, when I go to Disney, pins I’ve traded for. I thought it would be a fun way to sort of watch the growth of my pin collection.
In April, I purchased a few new pins from BoxLunch:
It’s been a HOT MINUTE since I’ve bought a blind bag or blind box. In fact, my last Blind Box & Bag Roundup was posted back in January 2020. And the one prior to that was in late 2019. While I still find them to be cute, I’ve just simply grown out of collecting them. But then I went to BoxLunch last weekend. I had a pretty good coupon so I decided to browse the store to see if they had any cute Disney clothing for my trip later this month.
Color me shocked when I saw the CUTEST tokidoki SpongeBob SquarePants themed blind box right by the register. Like most 90s kids, and just people in general, I’m a HUGE SpongeBob fan. Even now as an adult I can still watch SpongeBob, especially the older episodes, and laugh. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that I quote SpongeBob at least three times a week in normal conversations.
So tokidoki + SpongeBob SquarePants? SOLD!
I love ALL things Disney so naturally when Disney releases new products, I more often than not want to buy them/check them out. When Disney first started releasing Disney Parks Washables I thought they were super adorable. I mean a Disney plush blind bag? How could I resist?
But, I never bought one or really got too into them because I wasn’t a fan of the $9.99 price. I realize that most blind bags are sort of around that price but still, for some reason I just never bought one. I would see them at the parks and thought they were cute and even came close to buying them once. But I always ended up putting them back.
However, recently Disney came out with the most adorable Disney Parks Wishables set, a Disney Cruise Line one, and it sparked my interest in Wishables again. Although I won’t be able to get them (if they are still available) until my next Disney Cruise in August, Santa brought my three Disney Parks Wishables for Christmas! Thanks Santa!
